Return policy

At Clarks, we want you to be as confident in your purchase as we are in our products. That’s why we’re proud to offer free returns on all orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unworn or unused product in its original condition and packaging within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

Start a return

If you would like to ship your online purchase back to Clarks for a refund, simply follow the steps below to produce your free return shipping label:

  1. Click here
  2. To start a return: Enter your order number (ex. 612345678) and ship-to postal code.
  3. Select the item(s) that you would like to return
  4. Select the reason for the return
  5. Enter your order number (ex. 612345678) and ship-to postal code.
  6. Select your preferred shipping method
  7. Enter the required details and submit your return

What happens next?

Upon submitting your return we will immediately email your free return shipping label. Then follow the instructions below:


Print the pre-paid return label:

  1. Print the pre-paid shipping label that was emailed to you.
  2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return into a single package along with the packing slip that came with your order
  3. Securely attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package.
  4. Drop your package off with the courier.
Refund processing of online orders

Your refund will process after we receive and inspect your unworn product(s) at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming your return has been processed. Once processed, refunds should reflect on your account within 10 business days. Please retain your return tracking number until your refund appears on your statement. If this time has lapsed without receiving your refund, please contact our customer care team.

Refunds for items(s) being returned along with any applicable taxes will be credited to your original method of payment.

Refunds for orders purchased using klarna Online orders paid for using Klarna need to be returned through our online returns portal where you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Online orders placed using Klarna cannot be returned to store for a refund, exchange, or gift card.

Refunds for orders purchased using paypal Online orders paid for using PayPal need to be returned through our online returns portal where you will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Refunds for orders purchased in-store For purchases made in-store, please visit a Clarks store location in Canada to return your product with your original receipt. Purchases made in-store must be returned at a store location.

Returns to a clarks store At this time we are unable to accept returns for orders placed online in Clarks stores in Canada.

Exchanges Exchanges on orders are not available at this time. However, you may return your item for a full refund and place a new order for the product you would like. Please note that when returning a product and placing a new order, two separate transactions will post to your credit card. One for the new order and one for the refund of the original item you are returning. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Care team. Our representatives are available 9AM – 6PM EST, Monday through Friday.
