Returns Policy

At Clarks, we want you to be as confident in your purchase as we are in our products. If you are not fully satisfied, simply return your unworn or unused item(s) in its original condition and packaging within 60 days of purchase for a refund.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment.

Start an Online Return

If you would like to ship your online purchase back to Clarks for a refund, simply follow the steps below to produce your pre-paid return shipping label:

1. Click here to start a return.

2. Enter your order number (ex. 1003012345) and ship-to zip code.

3. Select the item(s) that you would like to return

4. Select the reason for the return.

6. Select your preferred shipping method

7. Enter the required details and submit your return.

What happens next?

Upon submitting your return, we will immediately email your pre-paid return shipping label. Then follow the instructions below:

Print the return shipping label:

1. Print the return shipping label that was emailed to you.

2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return into a single package along with the packing slip that came with your order

3. Securely attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

4. Drop your package off with the courier.

Refunds

Refunds for online orders will process after we receive and inspect your unworn item(s) at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once processed, refunds should reflect on your account within 10 business days. Please retain your return tracking number until your refund appears on your statement. If this time has lapsed without receiving your refund, please contact our Customer Care team.

Original shipping charges and any applicable taxes on the original shipping charges shipping taxes will not be refunded. Effective on orders placed on 3/28/2024 and later, when using our pre-paid return shipping label a $5.00 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund total (along with any applicable province and local sales taxes on that charge). Returns on orders placed 3/27/2024 and earlier still qualify for free returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges on orders are not available at this time. However, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like.
