4. Tracking & Cart Abandonment

Clarks endeavours to adhere to the transparency and choice principles set forth in the Digital Advertising Alliance’s (DAA) Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioural Advertising.
- C. & J. Clark International Limited: We will share your personal data, in certain circumstances with the other companies within the Clarks Group. This is so that we can provide personalised services across our group companies.
- Delivery Partners: Helping us to deliver the goods you order to you including our brand partners that dispatch and deliver goods to you directly.
- IT Companies: Supporting us in maintaining our website and other business systems including; providing phone lines, data storage facilities, and providing and supporting Cloud based infrastructure used in providing our products and services.
- Marketing Companies and Online Advertising: Helping us to manage our electronic communications to you and to help us show you the advertising you are most likely to be interested in, companies that provide marketing and advertising assistance (including management of email marketing operations, mobile messaging services such as SMS, and services that deploy advertising on the internet or social media platforms, such as Facebook and Google) as well as analysis of the effectiveness of our advertising and communications campaigns.
- We use technologies such as cookies, pixels, and device IDs within digital marketing networks, ad exchanges and social media networks such as Facebook’s Custom Audience to get relevant marketing messages across to you.
- Consumer profiling organisations: These organisations provide demographic or other data to help better understand customers' demographics, lifestyles or shopping habits.
- Payment processors: Payment card processors to process credit and debit card payments and store payment data. Such Adyen, which facilitates all payment transactions, including those using Klarna’s Buy Now Pay Later service. 6. Canadian Residents Your Privacy Rights

9. Third-Party Apps, Websites and Services
If you use third-party apps, websites, or services to access or interact with our services, your use is governed by those third parties’ own terms and privacy policies. This includes:
- Social media platforms: such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok and X
- Voice assistants: like Amazon Alexa
- Login services: like Google Login, Apple Sign-In, and Facebook Login
- Payment providers: such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
For example, if you log in using your Google or Apple account, or pay via PayPal or Klarna, those companies may use cookies to manage your login or payment and may receive limited information necessary to complete your request, such as confirming your identity or processing your payment.
In some cases, we may be required to share personal data (such as your name, email, or transaction ID) with these third parties to provide the services you've requested. This is done securely and only when necessary.
10. Social Media Cookies and Meta Business Tools
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website to send data to social media platforms—especially Meta (Facebook and Instagram)—about actions you take on our site, such as page visits or products viewed.
The information that we obtain from social media platforms depends on your account and privacy settings within the platforms and the platforms privacy policies.
Meta uses this data to deliver services to us and may also use it for its own purposes. In this context, we and Meta are joint data controllers of the data collected and shared using these tools. This is because both parties have a business interest in using the data—for example, to help us deliver more relevant ads and measure the success of our campaigns.

- Application or website integration code
These allow us to:

- Create audiences for marketing based on behaviour (e.g., users who visited a specific product page)
We’ve entered into a joint controller agreement with Meta to define each party’s data protection responsibilities. Under this agreement:

In some cases, we also upload hashed contact information (e.g. your email address) to Meta to match with your profile for ad targeting. In that case, Meta acts as our data processor.

11. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
