Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING

In-stock items will be shipped in one or two business days Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. We always do our best to ship everything in one package, but sometimes items may arrive separately.

Please note:

  • You will receive a tracking link once your order is ready to be shipped. It can take 2-3 days for the shipment status to update

  • We currently do not offer any Saturday delivery options

  • Shipping is limited to Canada. To ship to the United States go to: Clarks USA

  • Certain restrictions or conditions may apply in certain provinces or territories

GIFT CARDS

Physical gift cards will deliver in a separate shipment from any other items in your order. We are unable to ship physical gift cards to a PO Box at this time. Please make sure to select a physical address for delivery of physical gift cards or select an e-gift card and we will email it to the recipient’s email address.
