Clarks is committed to digital accessibility and to providing a positive customer experience to all customers. Clarks makes reasonable modifications to our policies, practices, and procedures and provide auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities where necessary for access to our website. To aid in our efforts, we have partnered with Level Access to develop and administer our accessibility program. Our accessibility program evaluates Clarks’ digital products on an ongoing basis in accordance with best practices and is supported by a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users of assistive technologies. Our program makes an assistive CX technology application available to customers with difficulty typing, gesturing, moving a mouse, or reading a website. The application is free to download by visiting Level Access here. It incorporates tools such as mouse and keyboard replacements, voice recognition, speech enablement, hands-free/touch-free navigation, and more.
