What happens to my commission if a product is returned or the order is cancelled?
If an order is cancelled before it is shipped or if a product is returned, your commission will be reversed. All sales are held in a "lock" status within Ascend by Partnerize for 60 days. If the sale has not been cancelled or returned within the 60 day lock period, you will receive a commission!
