Returns & Exchanges
At Clarks, we want you to be as confident in your purchase as we are in our products. That’s why we’re proud to offer FREE returns & exchanges on all orders. If you are not fully satisfied, simply return your unworn or unused product in its original condition and packaging within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note, exchanges are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses at this time. However, you may return your item for a full refund and place a new order for the product you would like.
Start a Return Or Exchange
If you would like to ship your online purchase back to Clarks for a refund or exchange, simply follow the steps below to produce your FREE returns label or QR code:
1. Click here to start a return.
2. Enter your order number (ex. 612345678) and ship-to zip code.
3. Select the item(s) that you would like to return or exchange
4. Select the reason for the return.
5. If you are returning an item for an exchange, please select your new size or fit
6. Select your preferred shipping method
7. Enter the required details and submit your return.
What happens next?
Upon submitting your return we will immediately email your FREE return shipping label and QR code. Then follow the instructions below for the option that is most convenient for you:
Option 1 - Use the FedEx mobile QR code (no printer required):

Pack the item(s) you wish to return into a single package along with the packing slip that came with your order.

Bring your package to the nearest staffed FedEx location that accepts mobile QR codes (use only this link).

Have a FedEx staff member scan the QR code that we’ve emailed from your smartphone, and they will do the rest.

Option 2 - Print the pre-paid FedEx return label:

Print the pre-paid shipping label that was emailed to you.

Pack the item(s) you wish to return into a single package along with the packing slip that came with your order.

Securely attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package.

Drop your package off at the nearest staffed FedEx location (do not use this link if using the QR code option).
Us territories & military addresses
Please follow the instructions in the returns portal to print out your FREE return shipping label. Your return will default to be shipped via USPS. You can leave your package to be returned at any United States Postal Service location including your own mailbox, your local Post office or postal collection boxes. You may also schedule a free postal carrier pick up with USPS. Exchanges are not available for US territories and military addresses at this time. However, you may return your item for a full refund and place a new order for the product you would like.
Refund processing of online orders
Your refund will process after we receive and inspect your unworn product(s) at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming your return has been processed. Once processed, refunds should reflect on your account within 10 business days. Please retain your return tracking number until your refund appears on your statement. If this time has lapsed without receiving your refund, please contact our customer care team.
Refunds for items(s) being returned along with any applicable taxes will be credited to your original method of payment. No original shipping costs or tax on shipping costs will be refunded.
Refunds for orders purchased using Klarna
Online orders paid for using Klarna need to be returned through our online returns portal where you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Online orders placed using Klarna cannot be returned to store for a refund, exchange, or gift card.
Refunds for orders purchased using paypal
Online orders paid for using PayPal need to be returned through our online returns portal where you will be refunded to your original form of payment. At this time, our stores can only provide merchandise credit for orders made via PayPal.
Refunds for orders purchased using gift cards
If you paid exclusively with a Clarks Gift Card, your refund will be issued in the form of a digital Gift Card for the full order amount, minus shipping and tax on shipping, where applicable. Digital Gift cards will be emailed to the email address used to place the original order. If you paid with a combination of credit card and Gift Card(s), we will refund your credit card first, up to the full amount originally charged, and a new digital Gift Card will be issued for the Gift Card portion of the order.
Refunds for orders purchased in-store
For purchases made in-store, please visit a Clarks or Clarks Outlet Store to return products with your original receipt. Purchases made in-store must be returned at a store location.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or fit, you can do this FREE OF CHARGE simply and easily. Click here to start your exchange. Enter your return item, and the item you’d like to exchange it for, send your package back and we’ll ship your new size as soon as your original order is received at our warehouse.
