• Click Log In/Register at the top of any page on our website and sign in
• After signing in to your account, select account icon at top of page 
• Click Personal Details on the left side of the page 
• Here you can edit your email address, password, name, date of birth and shoe size 

forgotten password

If you forget your Password, just visit the Log In/Register section of the website and click on Forgot your password?. If your email address is in our records, you will quickly receive a password reset link that will expire after 24 hours. If you are unable to reset your password before it expires, you must submit a new request.

To create and manage email preferences, start by logging into your account.

• Click Log In/Register at the top of any page on our website and sign in
• After signing in to your account, select account icon at top of page
• Click Email Preferences on the left side of the page
• Add or remove yourself from our current email lists, then click Save Changes 
• If you would like to be removed from our email list entirely, click the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of any of our emails or in your Email Preferences
