Unruly - in music and style. Never one to fit into the mold, Jamaican-born dancehall artist Popcaan brings his off-beat sensibility to Clarks Originals in a box-fresh collaboration.

Popcaan is a dancehall legend. The deejay, singer and songwriter first rose into the spotlight in the 2010s as a protégé of Vybz Kartel’s before establishing himself as a solo artist. In-between then and now, he’s been nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album, won the Jamaica Music Award — not only once but twice —, and worked with award-winning musicians like Drake, Jamie XX, Pusha T, and Giggs. He’s also built a 3-million-strong follower base on Instagram and gets close to 5 million listeners on Spotify every month. Since 2018, he’s been signed to Drake’s OVO Sounds record label and released his 5th studio album in early 2023.

From featuring in Kartel’s all-time hit Clarks to showing off his favorite profiles on Instagram, Popcaan’s ties to Clarks Originals are deep. This collaboration sees the artist bringing his off-beat style to our signature Wallabee Boot, remade for today’s generation.

Popcaan reworks the Wallabee Boot in butter-soft suede, finished with a statement camo motif in tonal red. His ‘Unruly’ branding is interspersed throughout the striking pattern and even emblazoned onto the insole — marking this pair as a true one-of-a-kind. The vamp, collar and laces are kept in contrasting black to direct full focus onto the print. Final logo accents come via the two fobs, blending the artist’s musical ingenuity with Clarks’ attention to craft.
