You’ll need the email address you used to register, and the password you created.

Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number and one letter.

When re-setting your password, you need to enter the email address you used to register. You will receive an email to this address with a link to create a new password.

After signing in to your account, select to edit your Personal Details.

Here you can change names, phone number, email address and your account password.

Contact [email protected] who can assist you. To ensure we are not disclosing data to someone else, we will ask you for some information relating to your account to verify your identity.

We will remove your personal data from the account and de-activate the account.
