Using your promo code online

You can apply a promotion code on the shopping bag page, or when you review your order before paying. We recommend copying and pasting the promo code to avoid any errors.

Enter the code in to the promo code field and select apply code.

The promo amount will then be reduced from your order total.

Only one promo code can be used on an order.

Check the Terms & Conditions of the promo code before visiting a Clarks store.

Take a print-out or show staff a copy of your promo code on your mobile phone. The staff will apply the promo to your purchase. Find a Store near you

Check the terms and conditions of the promo code.

Some reasons a code might not work:

• It might require you to have a specific product, or type of product, in your shopping bag.

• The code might need you to be logged in to the site with your registered email address.

• The code may have expired.

• You may have entered the code incorrectly. We recommend copying and pasting your code to avoid any errors.
