Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order made online within a ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. Please note, orders are usually processed immediately, meaning we can't always stop the order from being delivered once it is placed. If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it and return it to us. Please note that returns are charged at £2.95 if returned via our Returns Portal or free if returned to a Clarks store.
Any returns must be unworn or unused and in their original condition and packaging, and you must have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a refund by the same method as you paid, or if you have opted for an exchange, your new order will be dispatched.
If your product is faulty, please return your product to us via our returns portal within 30 days, outside of this window please contact us.
If you don't have your receipt or delivery documents, you can supply us with a credit card or bank statement for proof of purchase. Please remove your payment card number by cutting out the details or by covering the number, then scanning your documents.
Extended Christmas Returns: Please note that all purchases made after 25th November can be returned instore and on-line until 31st January 2025, excluding sale items which have a 14 day return period.
