We've tried hard to make the Clarks website user-friendly and accessible. Below are some of the steps we've taken to achieve this. If you have any problems using the site, please get in contact with our web team.

Accessibility standards

The Clarks website is designed to be as accessible as possible. Where we can, we have implemented both the WCAG 2.0 A and AA standards to make the site as flexible as possible for a wide range of users and assistive devices.

Skipping content

Keyboard users will find a 'Skip to main content' link in the header, allowing them to get straight to the content of the page without having to pass through the header links.

Best-practice HTML

Our well-structured HTML will have logical meaning for a wide range of user needs as well as User Agents (e.g. browsers without style sheets, text browsers, PDAs, search engines) and assistive devices.
