We offer a range of flexible delivery and collection options. These include free Click & Collect from a Clarks store, as well as free standard home delivery on orders over £50. A next day delivery service is also available seven days a week, ensuring fast and reliable fulfilment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel it before it’s dispatched. But don’t worry - if it’s not quite right, returning it is easy. As soon as your order arrives, you can return it to any Clarks Full Price store for a full refund, or send it back by post using our Returns Portal. Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued within 5–10 days.
Why does my shoe box look as though it has already been opened?
To give you wider choice, sometimes we source orders from Clarks stores, where boxes may have been opened to show customers our products. If you have any concerns, please Contact Us.
What if I’m out when my order gets delivered?
Orders delivered through Evri (Standard and Express Delivery); If you're not going to be home when we deliver your parcel, we can leave it in a specific place or with a neighbour. Just let us know when you place the order. Otherwise, the parcel will be left in a secure place the courier will post a card through your door telling you where your parcel has been left.
If there's no suitable secure place to leave your parcel it will be sent back to the sorting office and we'll try again the next day. The courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel but if they are unsuccessful, it will be sent back to our warehouse and your order will be refunded.
Orders delivered through DPD (Next Day Delivery); DPD will attempt to deliver your order on the day after the order is placed, providing your order is placed before 7pm. If you are not at home when DPD deliver your goods, your order will be delivered to a local parcelshop for you to collect at your convenience.
Can I track an order I placed in a Clarks Store?
If your order is being delivered to your address and not a Clarks store, you can view the status of your order by visiting the Track an order page and by entering your order number and delivery postcode. You can find these in your Order Confirmation email.
Unfortunately, we can't track Collect From Store orders.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address to my home/billing address?
Your order can be delivered to your work, home, local Clarks store or any address of your choice as long as it's within the UK or Northern Ireland. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland please visit www.clarks.ie
Why are some items only available for Standard Home Delivery and Collect from Store?
To give you better product choice, we have items online that are stocked in our stores but not our warehouse. Items from stores cannot be sent via Next Day Delivery or CollectPlus but can be sent by Standard Delivery, or you can collect from a Clarks store.
Can I have my order delivered to BFPO addresses?
Great news! This is a delivery service we now offer. Simply search for the BFPO address/ postcode within the checkout, and our partnered carrier will deliver to your chosen location via your selected delivery method.
How do I collect my order from a Parcel shop or Locker?
Once your order has been delivered to your chosen location, you will be sent an email/ SMS from our delivery partner (Evri) with a delivery notification, and with all the information you need to collect your parcel.
For Parcel Shop collections, you will need to bring a valid source of identification to collect your order. This can be a UK Driving Licence, Passport, Photo ID Card, UK Letter of Authority, Deb/ Credit Card, Birth Certificate, or a Foreign ID Card.
For locker collections, you will be sent a QR barcode and a unique 6-digit number which you can use to open the locker and retrieve your goods.
I can't find my Locker credentials to pick up my parcel - what can I do?
Your QR barcode & 6-digit collection reference number gets sent to you via email and text message. If you no longer have either of these please contact Customer Care and they will be able to assist you further.
Can someone else pick up my order from a Parcel shop?
Someone else can pick up your Parcel Shop order if they have a copy of the carrier email/ SMS and a form of ID for the person that placed the order.
Why has my order taken longer than I expected to be delivered?
Your order may have been delayed due to an unforeseen delivery issue. You can see the status of your order by visiting our Track an order page. You will need your order number and delivery postcode to do this. You can find these in your Order Confirmation email.

Can I divert the delivery of my order to a different address?
You can divert your Home Delivery parcel to another address or a safe place through our carrier’s in-flight delivery options. For Standard Delivery or Express Delivery please visit the Evri Tracking, and for our Next Day Delivery service, please visit DPD Tracking. You will need your tracking number to hand, which will be on your order dispatch email.
Are delivery charges refunded if I return my order?
Delivery charges are always refunded if your order has arrived with a fault. If you change your mind or have ordered the wrong size, unfortunately we can’t refund delivery charges.

Can I track an order to a Parcel shop or Locker?
To track your Parcel Shop or Locker order, you will need your order number and the collection point postcode. You can find this in your order confirmation email. Track an Order
