Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Any returns must be unworn or unused and in their original condition and packaging, and you must have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a refund by the same method as you paid, or if you have opted for an exchange, your new order will be dispatched.
Return faulty goods within 6 months for a full refund or exchange.
If you don't have your receipt or delivery documents, you can supply us with a credit card or bank statement for proof of purchase. Please remove your payment card number by cutting out the details or by covering the number, then scanning your documents.
