Products sold by our partners are delivered directly by them and follow a slightly different delivery process from Clarks products. These items are available for standard delivery only, and delivery times may vary depending on the partner fulfilling the order.
If you order one of these items alongside a Clarks product, or purchase items fulfilled by different partners, your order will arrive in separate packages, as they are shipped from different locations.
You will also receive separate delivery and tracking communications for each shipment when your order includes:
- both a Clarks product and a partner-fulfilled item, or
- items fulfilled by multiple partners.
Tracking and delivery updates for these items are managed directly by the partner.

Apatchy London Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy for items purchased within the UK. To return an item, please start the process within 30 days of receiving your order by visiting our dedicated returns page on the Royal Mail Tracked Returns portal.
This policy applies only to returns within the UK. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on debossed or permanently personalised products.
Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned order. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Blue Vanilla Returns Policy
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item has not been damaged, altered, worn, stained, or marked.
- It is in a resalable condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Returns are free and can be made using Evri; A return label will be included in your parcel.
To return an item:
- Place the item back in the original bag it came in, with the tags still attached.
- Attach the return label to the parcel.
- Take the parcel to your nearest Evri drop-off point.
We will process your return once it has been delivered back to our warehouse and issue your refund. Please allow up to 14 working days from the date you post your item(s) for the refund to reach you.

Cambridge Satchel Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return unused items for a full refund within 28 days of the delivery date.
All returns are free of charge. Since all orders are shipped from the UK, items must be returned to our UK address. Please ensure that all items are sent back in their original packaging, including the dust bag, to be eligible for a refund.

Returns Policy
We offer refunds for all items returned within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, returns received outside of this period will not be eligible for a refund. A prepaid returns label will be included in your parcel. Please ensure your return is securely packaged and sent back in the original packaging.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. We recommend trying footwear on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles. If an item is believed to be faulty, both shoes must still be returned.
Refunds are usually processed within 2 working days of receiving your return, but please allow up to 14 days for the funds to appear back in your bank account. Returns Policy
If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and inner packaging included. Plug guards must remain in place, and bundle sets must be returned complete unless agreed otherwise. Where possible, please return items in the larger outer box to help prevent damage in transit.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please inspect it within 24 hours of delivery and report any issues to [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving returned goods, although it may take up to 7 days for the funds to appear in your account. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
All items are covered by a 12-month warranty, with the option to extend the manufacturer’s warranty once registered. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns must be sent to a UK address, and we do not accept returns from outside the UK.

Inside your parcel, you will find a delivery note with instructions on how to log your return via our Royal Mail returns portal, along with your order number, which is required to complete the process.
Returns are free of charge. Once your return has been submitted through the portal, you can either print your label at home or present the generated QR code at your local Post Office, where the label will be printed for you. Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We do not offer direct exchanges; simply return the item and place a new order. Inside your parcel, you will find a returns slip containing the website URL you need to use to log your return, along with your order number, which is required to submit your return request.

Warranties cover defects in materials only, not airline damage, misuse, or neglect. TINC Returns Policy
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return unused items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. A Royal Mail returns label is included in your parcel for your convenience.
If your item is faulty, you may request a refund within 30 days or a replacement within 6 months.
